A Less than 48 HOUR notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service reserved.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 48 HOUR notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
This will not be fair to our stylist and also to our other clients.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
After getting hair services done at our salon, there is a 7-day period from the day the service was performed for the client to come back and make any necessary adjustments at no cost.
